We want you to be completely happy with your order.  We understand that it is difficult to buy jewelry online and want to do our best to help you find the perfect piece of jewelry.  We will work until you are 100% satisfied.  We will be able to initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivered date of your original order.  Any item that is altered in any way is ineligible for a return or exchange.
